Or does the coercivist State have a problem with traditional North European cultural practices?

Whilst I was very glad to see the back of racist red Ken, Boris's alcohol ban risks alienating his supporters.

Getting really drunk is one of the few pleasures left in the authoritarian nanny-state that is Blair's legacy.

There's not much left for them to ban...

According to the stats, consumption of alcohol in the UK has fallen in recent years (let's see the Mail spin that one as being down to Muslim immigration). Also, the level of violent crime has fallen.

However, the level of media reporting of drink fueld violent crime ... well that's a completely other thing.

Personally, I haven't been attacked by a drunk for a couple of decades. So things must be getting better.

Time to go to the offie.

Your question is an inclusive OR that evaluates to true.

There is no more degenerate kind of state than that in which the richest are supposed to be the best.
