I was pleased to read this fascinating document which addresses such difficult to understand issues as "why do public toilets matter?"

It's good to know that the government is looking at the provision of public toilets from every conceivable angle. 

"Public sex in toilets appears to have existed as long as public toilets have existed."

It seems that a website being dead does not stop it earning slightly more than one that is still alive.

Both sites however have a lot of catching up to do.

Perhaps November is a little early to start worrying about Christmas, but: it's about time something was done. 

Not content with flooding viable farmland for dubious benefits, they now want to tell us how we can and can't use something we paid for with our taxes. Outrageous! 

Western capitalism might collapse but at least Angus Young can be relied on to perform a song about either rock and roll or testicles while wearing shorts, blazer and cap...

However this made me laugh. It's a long overdue development.

Could it be that for the first time, the English are starting to wake up to the reality that competitive sport is actually about the WINNING, and NOT the taking part?

I certainly hope so. Perhaps this new attitude may extend to everything else that the English do in a half-arsed way, ranging from terrible restaurant service, right up to running the country...

Let's have a bit more complaining, and a bit less of the "stiff upper lip don't make a fuss" approach...

I can't think of much more to say about this. I'm speechless.
